This is my go to local Chinese restaurant in Edmond! The food is always delicious and comes out quickly, especially the egg rolls and egg flower soup! Eating here is always a nice and relaxing experience, definitely would recommend!
Have eaten at Blue Moon 3 times in the past 3 months. 2 times with other people and once getting takeout for myself. The food has been GREAT every time. The chicken and shrimp was seasoned, tender and well cooked. Rice was excellent, same with the Egg Drop Soup. And the Egg Rolls all always THE BEST!
